What operates today as
a business of more than 100 associates with more than 300 clients was founded in
1979 by a graduate of Purdue University. Mike Jackson, president and
CEO of ABG, founded Agri Business Group, Inc., to meet the training
needs of agricultural businesses.
Today, ABG supports a diverse team of PhDs, MBAs, MSci’s, M.Ed.s and
experienced professionals. Jackson and his team have grown the business
to include local, regional, national and international clients. That
same team has built lasting, meaningful relationships with those
clients. We have attracted team members from around the world. And
we’ve grown a client services business that offers results in
four service areas: learning, strategy, research and technology.
In the fall of 2005, ABG merged with Adayana,
a performance solutions company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Adayana provides learning programs to increase human performance within
the agriculture and food, defense, automotive, financial services and
health care industries. Adayana specializes in distance and e-learning
solutions as well as blended training, assessment and content
development. Adayana is a global leader in technology and processes to
develop distance-ready learning solutions in large volume and with
great efficiency. The company has operations in the United States and
India.
We think there is a place for fun in a
professional consulting firm. Opinions are respected. Ethics drive
ideas and behaviors. Through collaboration, we build a family
atmosphere. And we believe in the communities in which we work, giving
back through services, resources and personal time. ABG operates from
multiple domestic and international locations, including the
Indianapolis, Indiana, headquarters.
